Registration Enquiries
1. Early Bird Registration Fee
The early bird registration fee PER PAX for the Mixed Open, NSF Challenge and Lovers' Challenge categories is S$40.00, exclusive of rental of mountain bicycles and helmets.
There will be no early bird registration fee for the Inter-Varsity Challenge and JC Shield. Registration fee PER PAX is S$40.00.
*An additional fee of S$13.00 will be required for the rental of both mountain bicycles and helmets. There will be no rental of either mountain bicycles or helmets individually.
2. Registration Fee
The registration fee PER PAX for the Mixed Open, NSF Challenge and Lovers' Challenge categories is S$50.00, exclusive of rental of mountain bicycles and helmets.
The registration fee PER PAX for the Inter-Varsity Challenge and JC Shield categories is S$40.00, exclusive of rental of mountain bicycles and helmets.
*An additional fee of S$13.00 will be required for the rental of both mountain bicycles and helmets. There will be no rental of either mountain bicycles or helmets individually.
3. How do I register my team?
The registration forms can be either be downloaded from our website or obtained from our booth in NTU. Each form must be completed with the particulars of every team member. The form can either reach us through snail-mail with a valid cheque or submitted to our booth.
4. Where can I obtain a registration form?
For JCs, registration forms are available from the Physical Education Department.
For NTU or NIE students or staff, registration forms are available from the booths which will be set up at both Canteen A and Canteen B.
Alternatively, you can download the Registration Form from our website.
5. How do I submit my registration form and payment?
Each team is required to submit only 1 Registration Form per team and 1 Health Declaration Form for each member. All team members have to fill in his/her particulars.

For snail mail submission of registration form, payment must be made via a cross cheque payable to NTU STUDENT UNION (cash and cashier’s orders are strictly not allowed). Please also include a photocopy of your student card if you are registering for the Inter-Varsity Challenge or JC Shield. Please also include a photocopy of your 11B or other relevant documents if you are registering for the National Service Force Challenge.

Registration can be made directly at our booths in NTU with the registration form, health declaration forms and cash or cheque.
Deadline for all registration is 20th April 2010.
Please ensure that all particulars are filled in. Any blanks or incorrect information will cause the registration of the team to be invalid.
6. Can team members be changed after registration is completed?
Yes, changing of team members can be made after registration. There will be an administration fee of S$10.00 for every substitution made before and on 12th May 2010. Substitutions can still be made on 13th, 14th and 15th May 2010 (3 days before) and on 16th May 2010 (event day). However, an administration fee of S$20.00 will be charged for every substitution made.
7. How do I know if my team is registered for the race?
Every team member will be notified via email or call within 2 weeks upon submission of registration. The teams that are in the race will also be published on http://xphysique.ntusportsclub.sg upon confirmation.
*Teams which are not successfully registered for the race will be made known to the team members via email or call and a full refund will be made.
8. Will I be able to get a refund if my team pulls out of the race?
No refunds will be made once the team is successfully registered.
9. What happens if a teammate is unable to make it on the event day?
If no replacement is made, the team will still be able to participate but will not be able to qualify for any prizes.
If replacement is made, the team will be able to participate, will be qualified for the prizes, but will have to pay S$20.00 for administration fees.
*Note: The person as the replacement will not be covered by our insurance.
