1. When is X-Physique 2012?
X-Physique 2012 will be held on the 20th May 2012.
2. What is the starting venue and time of X-Physique 2012?
Event ground for X-Physique 2012 will be at Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC). Starting time will be revealed at a later date. Details will be available on the website.
3. What do we have to bring for the race?
Exact details required for the race will be released during the Pre-Event Briefing.
4. Do I have to provide my own racing equipment?
Safety gears for any high elements will be provided by the organisers. Exact details required for the race will be released during the Pre-Event Briefing.
5. Can I use my personal bicycle for the race?
Yes, but participants are not encouraged to use their personal bicycles. However, those who do not wish to use their personal bicycles have to rent bicycles and helmets at an additional cost of S$15.00. Separate rental of helmets is not allowed.
6. Will the race route be disclosed to the teams prior to the race?
Due to the nature of the race, the route is confidential and will not be disclosed to participants. Participants are required to navigate their way along the route using clue cards provided at each station
7. Can I bring my own map for the race?
Yes. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own maps to navigate their way through the race.

Venue and time for pre-Event Briefing will be revealed at a later date. Briefing details will be emailed to all team leaders at least 1 week before the Pre-Event Briefing day. The information will also be available on our website. A sms service is also provided to keep participants updated.
2. Where will the Pre-Event Briefing be held at?
The confirmed time and venue for the Pre-Event Briefing will be emailed to all team leaders at least 1 week before the Pre-Event Briefing day. The information will also be available on our website.
3. Do all the team members need to attend the Pre-Event Briefing?
Preferably, the whole team should attend the Pre-Event Briefing. However, if team members are unable to make it for the briefing, at least 1 member from each team must be present as important information will be given out.
4. What do we have to bring for the Pre-Event Briefing?
Please bring along your respective matriculation card, student pass, NRIC or other relevant documents for verification.
1. Details of the different categories.
- Junior College (JC) Shield
3 members from the same JC, with at least one team member of the opposite gender - (e.g. 1 Male and 2 Females / 2 Males and 1 Female)
- Inter-Varsity Challenge
3 members can be from different varsities, with at least one team member of the opposite gender
(e.g. 1 Male and 2 Females / 2 Males and 1 Female from any Universities, Polytechnics or ITEs).
- Men's Open
3 members aged 16 and above as of 1st January 2012 and all the team members must be male.
- Mixed Open
3 members aged 16 and above as of 1st January 2012, with at least one female per team.
(e.g. 1 Male and 2 Females / 2 Males and 1 Female / 3 Females)
- Lovers' Challenge
A couple team which consists of a male and a female, with both members aged 16 and above as of 1st January 2012.
2. Team Information
It is compulsory for each team to race with 3 members or 2 members (Lovers’ Challenge).
It is compulsory to have a member of the opposite gender except for Men’s Open.
3. Minimum Age Requirement
Members have to be aged 16 and above as of 1st January 2012 to be eligible to take part in the Mixed Open, Men’s Open and Lovers’ Challenge categories. Also, note that participants under the age of 21 as of 1st January 2012 will need to fill in the indemnity form found in the Registration Form.
1. Early-Bird pricing
Registration fee PER PAX for the Mixed Open, Men’s Open and Lovers' Challenge categories for early-bird pricing is S$40.00.
There will be no early-bird pricing for the Inter-Varsity Challenge and JC Shield. Registration fee PER PAX for Inter-Varsity Challenge and JC Shield is S$40.00.
2. When does the promotion ends?
Early-Bird pricing ends on the 29th February 2012.
3. Registration Fee
The registration fee PER PAX for the Mixed Open, Men’s Open and Lovers' Challenge categories is S$50.00.
The registration fee PER PAX for the Inter-Varsity Challenge and JC Shield categories is S$40.00.
4. How do I register my team?
The registration forms can either be downloaded HERE or obtained from our booth in NTU. Each form must be completed with the particulars of every team member. The form can either reach us through snail-mail with a valid cheque or submitted to our booth. Online registration can also be done HERE.
5. Where can I obtain a registration form?
For JCs, registration forms are available at the Physical Education Department.
For NTU or NIE students or staff, registration forms are available at the booths, scheduled on 21st February to 23rd February and 6th March to 8th March.

6. How do I submit my registration form and payment?
Each team is required to submit only 1 Registration Form per team. All team members have to fill in his/her particulars.

For snail mail submission of registration form, payment must be made via a cross cheque payable to NTU STUDENT UNION (cash and cashier’s orders are strictly not allowed). Please also include a photocopy of your student card if you are registering for the Inter-Varsity Challenge or JC Shield.

Registration can be made directly at our booths in NTU with the registration form, health declaration forms and cash or cheque TBC.
Deadline for all registration is 15th April 2012.
Please ensure that all particulars are filled in. Any blanks or incorrect information will cause the registration of the team to be invalid.

*A copy of both sides of the NRIC, GIF/JPEG format and under 10 MB in size, needs to be submitted for online registration as well.
7. Can team members be changed after registration is completed?
Yes, changing of team members can be made after registration. There will be an administration fee of S$10.00 for every substitution made before and on 17th May 2012. However, an administration fee of S$20.00 will be charged for every substitution made from 18th May 2012 to 20th May 2012.
8. How do I know if my team is registered for the race?
Every team captain will be notified via email or call within 2 weeks upon submission of registration.
Teams not successfully registered will be notified via email or phone. Rest assured that a full refund will be made.
9. Will I be able to get a refund if my team pulls out of the race?
No refunds will be made once the team is successfully registered.
10. What happens if a teammate is unable to make it on the event day?
A replacement can be made, with an administration fee of S$20. However, on the event that no replacement is made, the team will still be able to participate, but will not be qualified for any prizes.
