*All prices stated above are exclusive of rental of mountain bicycles and helmets. An additional S$13.00 per pax is needed to rent both mountain bicycles and helmets.
Submission of Registration Forms
Each team is required to submit only 1 Registration Form per team and 1 Health Declaration Form for each team member.
For Direct Submission of Registration Forms:
1) Submission of forms can be done directly at our booths in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with the filled Registration Form, Health Declarations Forms and cash or cheque.
2) Booth dates and times will be updated on the website again.
For Mailing of Registration Forms:
1) Payments should be made by cheque ONLY and made payable to "NTU Student Union".
2) Kindly indicate at the back of your cheque:
- X-Physique 2010
- the Category you are participating in
- your Team Name
*3) Students MUST send in a copy of their NRIC and student pass or matriculation card.
National Service Force Challenge team members must send in a copy of their 11B or other relevant documents.
4) Please send:
- X-Physique 2010 Registration Form (1 for entire team)
- Health Declaration Form (1 for each team member)
- Cheque
- Photocopy of NRIC and student pass/matriculation card (students)
- Photocopy of 11B or other relevant documents (NSF)
